the finest free range Welsh produce, these gourmet dishes are
cooked and ready to eat.
Products have a long shelf life – handmade with no less
than 90% meat content. All our products are natural –
free from additives – and free range.
Confit
is meat cooked slowly in its own juices.
How to look after your Preserve:
•
Store the jar in a cool, dry place.
•
Open only when ready to use. Unscrew the cap and pierce seal
with a sharp
implement.
•
Remove contents from jar, transfer to covered dish and store
in fridge
(consume within 5days once jar has been opened).
•
Unopened jars will keep for a minimum of 1 year.
•
For the confit – Remove from jar and use fat for cooking
instead of butter or oil for a natural alternative.
